Bot 語音訊息處理模組：
text_to_speech 工具主動生成語音回覆透過 ctos CLI 遠端存取 ching-tech-os（CTOS）的公司資料：知識庫（kb-NNN）、圖書館、NAS 掛載區（專案圖面 projects / 線路圖 circuits）、ERPNext（物料/庫存/BOM）。當使用者提到 kb-NNN、要查知識庫/圖書館/圖面/線路圖、查料號/庫存/BOM，或說「我要開發 kb-XXX 的功能」需要背景資料時使用。
將 ching-tech-os（CTOS）更新部署到正式機。當使用者要求「部署 CTOS」「更新正式機」「把最新版上 production」「重啟並更新 ching-tech-os 服務」時使用。涵蓋 SSH 到部署機、執行 scripts/update-service.sh、前置檢查清單、回滾方式與查日誌指令。
CTOS（ching-tech-os）架構導覽與改動定位指南。當使用者要在 ching-tech-os 加新功能、新前端 App、新後端內建模組、extends 外部模組，或新增 CTOS AI Skill 時使用。提供「改哪一層」決策樹、內建 App 逐檔 checklist、contributes.yaml 四種貢獻規格，以及 CTOS AI Skill 與 Claude Code skill 的區分。
