Use this to make visible and hidden surfaces explicit.

Capture

• feature id, route or command, file anchor, and lifecycle status;
• entity, workflow, and action set;
• persona and role states for allowed, read-only, forbidden, locked, hidden, future, partial, and deprecated surfaces;
• empty, error, loading, validation, recovery, and destructive-action states;
• route, browser, or contract test evidence.

Rules

• Navigation truth, direct URL truth, and contract truth must agree.
• Do not expose unfinished work as live.
• Record unknown states as gaps instead of inventing behavior.
