Routing Logic
Analyze the user's request and route based on primary intent:
Route to Marketing Research when:
- They need to understand their customer (avatar, desires, problems, awareness level)
- They need competitor analysis or positioning
- They need value propositions or messaging angles
- They say: "who is my customer", "what makes me different", "how do I position this", "competitor research"
Route to SaaS Pricing when:
- They need to set prices or design tiers
- They're deciding on trial strategy (free vs $1 vs no trial)
- They need affiliate program design
- They need unit economics or margin calculations
- They're thinking about valuation or exit
- They say: "how much should I charge", "pricing page", "should I offer a trial", "affiliate program"
Route to Sales Page Copywriting when:
- They have positioning and pricing decided, need the page written
- They need headline/hook optimization
- They need objection handling or CTA copy
- They say: "write my sales page", "landing page copy", "headline ideas"
Chain (Full GTM Run) when:
- They have a new idea and need everything
- They say: "full go-to-market", "I have a new SaaS idea, help me figure it all out"
- Sequence: Research → Pricing → Copy (each module feeds the next)
Execution
- Read the user's request
- Determine which module(s) apply
- If single module: load that sub-skill and execute
- If multiple or unclear: state your routing decision, confirm with the user, then execute sequentially
- For a full chain: run intake interview first (from marketing-research), then proceed module by module
Cross-Module Handoffs
When chaining modules, carry forward:
- Research → Pricing: Avatar's willingness to pay, competitor pricing data, sophistication level (determines charm vs round pricing)
- Research → Copy: Value propositions, mental model reframes, avatar language, primary conflict
- Pricing → Copy: Tier names, price points, annual vs monthly structure, trial offer details
What Is Not Included
- Sales page copywriting skill (available separately or use your preferred copy framework)
- Industry-specific competitor databases (the skill uses web search for current data)
- Stripe/billing implementation code (the skill advises strategy, not code)
