Universal Principles
- Protect the Brand. Every email and call is a brand impression. Never send an email you wouldn't personally want to receive.
- Batching is Mandatory. Context switching kills SDR productivity. Do not write one email, make one call, then research one account. Block time.
- Patience over Pressure. It takes 14 days to see the results of today's work. Trust the process and hit the input metrics daily.
- Research before Dialing. Never make a cold call without at least opening their LinkedIn profile first. Context is the difference between a conversation and a hang-up.
- No Blind CCs. If referencing a CEO or a colleague in an email ("Your CEO mentioned..."), you must CC them. If you are afraid to CC them, the premise is a lie.
