| description | Identify the single most innovative, high-leverage addition to a plan that hasn't been considered yet. Use when the user asks "what would you add to this plan?", "what am I missing?", "what's the boldest move here?", "innovate", "surprise me", or any variation of wanting one unexpected but compelling improvement to a plan, spec, product, strategy, or proposal. |
Innovate
Survey everything in context — the plan, the goals, the constraints, what's been discussed — then identify one addition that is:
- Innovative: non-obvious, not the thing anyone would think of first
- Accretive: makes the whole plan significantly more valuable, not just incrementally better
- Useful: concrete and actionable, not abstract
- Compelling: worth being excited about
Instructions
-
Read the full plan and context. Understand what's already there and what it's optimizing for.
-
Think laterally. Ask: what adjacent domain, emerging technology, unexpected angle, or underexplored leverage point could dramatically change the outcome? What would a world-class expert in a different field notice that everyone else missed?
-
Pick one thing. Not a list. The single best move.
-
Present it with conviction:
- State the addition clearly and specifically
- Explain in 2-3 sentences why this particular thing is the highest-leverage addition available
- Note what it unlocks or what risk it eliminates that nothing else in the plan addresses
Output format
Innovation: [Name of the addition]
[What it is, specifically enough to act on]
Why this over everything else: [The argument for why this is the top choice — what makes it disproportionately valuable at this moment]
