Iris On

1. Run the toggle script:

   bash "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/iris-toggle.sh" true
   

2. Confirm to the user that Iris is now on. The next UserPromptSubmit / Stop will be captured to disk.
