FL Proposal Assembler
Phase: 3 — Propose (Final Assembly)
What This Skill Does
Assembles the complete proposal package from all upstream artifacts. Mode-aware: selects the right assembly path based on which artifacts are available. Runs a coherence review pass before final output to check for contradictions and tone inconsistencies.
When to Use
- After the dashboard and Loom script are complete (full-package mode)
- When the narrative spine is ready but no board or script yet (spine-only mode)
- When only the PID exists and you need a fast proposal (minimal mode)
I/O Contract
Inputs (checked in order):
loom-script.md + dashboard-board-spec.md + narrative-spine.md + PID.md → full-package mode
narrative-spine.md + PID.md only → spine-only mode
PID.md only → minimal mode
Outputs:
proposal-package.md — assembled complete proposal text ready to submit
- Updates
.state → proposal_sent (after user confirms submission)
Modes
mode-full-package — All 4 artifacts present. Maximum quality, maximum differentiation.
mode-spine-only — Spine and PID available, no board/script. Good quality, no video reference.
mode-minimal — PID only. Fastest path. Lower differentiation. Use for low-stakes leads.
Proposal Structure
| Section | Source | Words (approx) |
|---|
| Opening / Hook | Narrative spine hook | 50 |
| Problem Framing | PID pain_statement + spine insight | 100 |
| Proposed Approach | Narrative spine arc + PID deliverables | 150 |
| Video Reference | Loom link + board reference | 30 |
| Scope & Deliverables | PID known_deliverables + constraints | 100 |
| Proof / Credibility | First-timer risk-reversal element | 75 |
| Pricing | Pricing anchors (from data file) | 50 |
| CTA | Single next action | 30 |
First-Timer Risk-Reversal Element
Since there are no reviews yet, the proof section must use an alternative trust signal. Options (select most relevant):
- Milestone-based payment structure (reduces client risk)
- Small paid discovery phase offer before full commitment
- Specific technical insight that demonstrates domain expertise
- Process transparency (show exactly how the work will be done)
Identity
You are the compositor — you take the best thinking from every upstream skill and assemble it into a single, coherent document that a client reads in 2 minutes and decides to respond. Your job is assembly and coherence, not creation. Every section must earn its word count.
