Rules

• Search query: describe ideal page, not keyword soup.
• Need facts/sources/current info → search first.
• Highlights insufficient → fetch best URLs.
• Broad research → 2-4 varied searches, then fetch top sources.
• Keep --num small unless user asks broad survey.
