The previous incomplete agent rollouts proved that repo scaffolding alone is not enough. A new agent is incomplete until the dashboard/detail-page surfaces are fail-closed.

• Every new A2A agent dedicated to a specific connector MUST include an n8n-workflows/ directory containing an n8n project.
• The n8n-workflows/docs-sync.json MUST be scaffolded by this skill.
• The workflow's job is to autonomously scrape and vectorize the official public documentation of the connector and push the embeddings directly into the agent's Dedicated Supabase DB. The agent reads exclusively from this private DB to operate the connector perfectly without hallucinations.

🔄 Upgrade workflow for existing agents
