目标： 从真实重复任务中提取一个 Skill。不要先造 10 个理论上的 skill。

5.5 自动 Skill 创建（Hermes 核心差异）

Hermes 在每次任务后会自动写 skill 文件。当一个任务需要 5 次以上的 tool call 时，它会生成一个 markdown skill：
