Vibe Guard Configuration

Call the plugin:vibe-guard:vibe-guard - vibe_guard_configure MCP tool to present the configuration form with current values pre-filled.

After configuration updates, confirm the changes to the user. Note that:

Changes take effect on the next work block (current session timing is not affected)
The personality setting changes messages immediately
Ticket integration requires the corresponding MCP server (ClickUp or Linear) to be connected
Setting "enabled" to false disables all break enforcement
