Render a Markdown document to GitHub-styled HTML and host it on this machine's Tailscale tailnet URL so the user can read it in a browser before committing. Use after writing or substantially editing a Markdown doc the user may want to preview — a guide, README, design doc, runbook, report, or research writeup — especially when they ask to "preview", "share", "host", or "see" a doc. Multi-session safe: shares append to one fixed URL. Personal to this machine's tailnet (the host is derived from tailscale at runtime).

Bridge a long task across sessions. Invoke when the context window is filling up and you want to continue the SAME work in a fresh session — it writes a complete, self-sufficient handoff document ("hand off", "save state / context", "running low on context", "continue this later / in a new session"). Also invoke at the START of a new session to pick up from one ("resume", "pick up <topic>", "continue the handoff"). Two modes: HAND-OFF (write the doc) and PICK-UP (read it and continue).
