When to Use

• You have grouped literature notes (from literature-notes) and need to draft background or related-work content for the paper.
• The user wants bullets or prose for latex/sections/2-background.tex or latex/sections/6-related-work.tex.

Instructions

• Use references/guidelines.md for tone and structure.
• Input: Theme-grouped notes (papers per theme). Output: Bullets or short paragraphs with citations, faithful to the notes.
• Do not invent claims; only translate and lightly synthesize what is in the notes.
• Suggest where to insert the content (e.g. "Background §2.2", "Related work §6.1"). Prefer small, reviewable edits when changing LaTeX.
