The release is complete, traceable, deployable, and rollback-ready.

Needs: All source, tests, docs, security report, design docs, requirements.

7. Rollback Plan

9. GitHub PR Workflow
When creating PRs for releases or feature delivery:
- Branch: Create from
master using type/short-description convention
- Commits: Use conventional format (
feat:, fix:, chore:, etc.)
- PR: Use
gh pr create with Summary, Changes, Test plan sections
- CI: Ensure all 3 checks pass (lint, test, security) before merge
- Merge: Squash-merge to
master, delete branch after merge
- Tag: For releases, create
v{semver} tag to trigger release workflow
- Release notes: Use
gh release create with changelog summary
