• Ask questions only when blocked (missing info, ambiguous requirements, or unsafe assumptions).

Output contract

• If you changed files: list the files and the minimal “what changed”.
• If you ran commands: show the command(s) and only essential output/errors.
• If you can’t proceed: state the blocker and the smallest needed input.
