Build, install, and test the Rodge Mail Expo React Native app through local EAS development-client workflows. Use for iOS Simulator builds, physical iPhone development builds, Android development builds, Expo dev-client/Portless iteration, native passkey testing, signing or provisioning diagnostics, and any task that might otherwise run Xcode or generated native projects directly. Always use local EAS builds unless the user explicitly requests a cloud build.

User-invoked final review/refactor pass for already-working code, usually in a fresh thread after implementation, commit, push, or PR creation. Do not use proactively during normal implementation. Use only when the user explicitly asks to use the refactor skill, clean up a finished PR, make completed code easier to review, improve React composition, break up monolithic files/components, clarify data flow, avoid prop drilling, introduce feature-scoped state where appropriate, or bring rough finished code up to the user's preferred final code quality without changing intended behavior.

Use uav for shared project memory and coordination at the start of every project-work session, and when preserving context or reporting outcomes.
