ac-done

Read ../aftercare/SKILL.md first and follow its runtime resolution and queue rules.
Recover the ticket id from the invocation text. If no id is present but exactly one ticket is in_progress, you may use that ticket.
Run done <id> with the user's reason when present.
Return the updated ticket status and the next queued candidate.
