Tears down a Hermes Agent bclaw on ECS (EC2 launch type) and all associated AWS resources. Follows a reverse-order sequence: scale to 0 → delete CloudFormation stack (VPC, EBS volume [retained], ASG, ECS, IAM) → delete retained EBS → delete orphaned VPC → delete SSM secrets → delete the CloudFormation service role (`bclaw-cfn-exec`).
