SPX PRD

Read references/project-learning.md and apply its consume-capture policy. Read references/project-cognition.md only to preserve the shared evidence boundary; defer cognition intake to $spx-prd-scan. This entrypoint creates no distinct lifecycle or artifacts.

Preserve the complete request and begin with $spx-prd-scan. Continue to $spx-prd-build only after the scan reports reconstruction-ready. Do not merge the phases: scan reads the repository and writes accepted evidence; build reads only that frozen evidence package and produces the PRD suite.

If scan blocks, stop and report its durable recovery state without invoking build. If build blocks, stop and report its errors and recovery. In either case, never report the compatibility route complete merely because files exist or a child stage was entered.

Tell the user this name is a compatibility route. Report the canonical run ID and outputs rather than a fictional spx-prd workspace.
