Research Pattern

Company

• what they do
• what seems to matter now
• likely business pressure
• language and positioning

Person

• role and likely priorities
• what they probably care about
• what angle is most relevant

Point of View

• what the company likely needs
• what this specific person is likely trying to accomplish
• why the seller's offer matters in that context
