What to Flag as BLOCKING
- If SQL uses string interpolation with user input → SQL injection; parameterize
- If endpoint has no auth check → accidental public route; add middleware
- If authorization is route-level only → IDOR risk; add resource-level ownership check
- If
catch (e) {} with no body → silent failure; log and handle or rethrow
- If resource opened without
finally/defer close → resource leak
- Default → only block on things that cause bugs, security holes, or data loss
What to Flag as SUGGESTION
- If N+1 query pattern detected → eager load or batch
