Review approach:

Separate unresolved wikilinks, outgoing links, backlinks, embeds, and orphan-note signals.
Preserve exact note paths when available.
Mention whether the evidence came from current note context, note inspection, metadata search, or snippets.
For sampled results, avoid whole-vault claims.
Suggest verification steps the user can run inside Obsidian.

Do not state that links were repaired or files changed.
