Overview
This skill handles Linear issues tagged with "feature-request". Every request must be:
- Turned into a spec (if approved and complex)
- Added to roadmap (if approved and clear)
- Merged with existing (if duplicate/similar)
- Rejected with explanation (if not aligned)
