- Primary user is concrete.

- JTBD statement is included.
- Assumptions/open questions are updated.
Critical rules
- Do not create offer, MVP, downstream deliverables, or implementation code.
- Do not invent demographic detail that does not affect strategy.
- Separate user from buyer when different.
