The canonical citation metadata workflow lives in docs/dataset_citation_metadata.md.

Before adding, auditing, or repairing dataset references, read that document and follow it as the source of truth for:

• source priority,
• paper versus non-paper classification,
• source_confidence labels,
• dataset-level and task-level metadata shape,
• BibTeX and citation key policy,
• validation expectations.

Do not maintain citation workflow details in this skill file. Update docs/dataset_citation_metadata.md instead.
