Structure

Executive summary (3–5 bullets)

The whole report in miniature. The reader should be able to stop here.

Findings

One section per finding. Each contains:

• The claim (one sentence).
• The evidence (data, quote, source).
• The confidence (high / medium / low) and why.
• The implication (what to do with this).

Disagreements

Where credible sources conflict, name them. Pick a position or explicitly defer.

Open questions

What's missing. What would change your mind. What's a follow-up worth doing.

Sources

Numbered list with URL, accessed date, and a one-line note on reliability.

Calibration rules

• A claim needs a source. A recommendation can stand on reasoning alone.
• If you can only find one source, say so.
• If a search returns nothing useful, name the dead end.
