Setup and maintenance for the piper-morgan plugin's PM profile. On a fresh install it runs a serial, one-question-at-a-time cold-start interview to learn how you work as a PM — voice/posture rules, project portfolio, decision-making patterns, routing conventions. On a returning (already-configured) user it switches to maintenance mode: a compact, scoped update of just the sections that drifted, using a form where the surface offers one. Saves the PM profile (plus, on first install, the shared company profile) via the Piper MCP server's save_profile / save_company_profile tools, so it works on every surface (Claude Code AND Cowork). Run on fresh install, when the profile has real placeholders, to patch a section, or any time the profile feels stale.
