Flow

1. Extract tweet ID from URL
2. Get video URL via fxtwitter API (no auth) or yt-dlp with cookies
3. Download video to /tmp/
4. Upload to gofile.io (lifetime, video player)
5. Return link + file path for WhatsApp delivery
