Bootstrap the personal Karpathy-wiki + active orchestrator on a clean macOS — clones the orchestrator-seed repo, runs install.sh, verifies prereqs (Claude CLI / Codex CLI / optional Antigravity CLI / Node / Bun), wires LaunchAgents (planner / tick / channel-telegram / orchestrator-cycle), creates the first project wiki, and verifies via kb-doctor. Use this skill when the user says "set up orchestrator", "установи orchestrator", "разверни базу знаний", "/orchestrator-setup", "set up the wiki system", "deploy orchestrator-seed", or otherwise indicates they want to install the full system on this machine. The skill is idempotent — safe to re-run.

Use this skill when the user says "заведи вику", "заведи базу знаний", "создай вику", "init knowledge base", "bootstrap wiki", "setup wiki here", "нужна вика", "/init-kb", or indicates they want to start using the personal knowledge system in the current project. The skill analyzes the project, proposes a slug/category/description, confirms with the user, and creates the full knowledge/ structure + hub registration + .gitignore rules + hub symlink.
