Field requirements, valid components, activity types, and story point scales are defined in ticket-hygiene.md. Fetch the current standard before triaging:

Use the fetched document as the single source of truth for valid components, activity types, story point scales, and field requirements. Do NOT rely on hardcoded values — the standard may change. How to Check a Ticket
Use --plain for human-readable content inspection (description, acceptance criteria). Use --raw with jq for structured field extraction (story points, activity type, components).

Triage Checklist
For each ticket, check these fields against ticket-hygiene.md:
Required (6 checks)
Validate each field using the rules defined in ticket-hygiene.md (fetched above). The six required checks are: Title, Description, Acceptance Criteria, Story Points, Component, and Activity Type. Derive all thresholds, valid values, and constraints from the fetched standard.
The dedicated AC custom field is typically unused — check for acceptance criteria embedded in the description body instead.
Red Flags
Flag content quality issues: ambiguous language ("TBD", "maybe", "probably", "possibly"), vague titles, or extremely short descriptions. Derive specific thresholds from ticket-hygiene.md.
Suggestion Rules
When required fields are missing or invalid, suggest values. See references/suggestion-rules.md for Activity Type, Component, and Story Points suggestion logic.

Always quote component names in commands — valid names may contain spaces (e.g., "E2E Tests", "Claude Plugins").
