Use this skill for requests to add or change .md files.

• Read .github/instructions/documentation.instructions.md for the writing conventions.
• When editing instruction files, also read .github/instructions/instructions.instructions.md.
• When editing skill files, also read .github/instructions/skills.instructions.md.
• When editing agent entry-point files such as AGENT.md, also read .github/instructions/agents.instructions.md.
