Workflow

1. Identify the paper's central claim, not just the topic.
2. Build a narrative skeleton: problem pressure, method move, key evidence, limitations, takeaway.
3. Choose 2-4 figures or tables as proof objects.
4. Crop or redraw figures until labels are readable in html-contact-sheet.png.
5. Export HTML-first; use Beamer only for formal handout backup.
