Doge Shell Validation

• Read ../doge-shell-repo/references/package-map.md before selecting cargo test -p ....
• Read ../doge-shell-repo/references/test-scope.md for the default validation boundaries.
• Read ../doge-shell-repo/references/task-map.md when the change maps to a known subsystem.
• Default to cargo test -p doge-shell for dsh/ changes and cargo test -p dsh-builtin for builtin/chat changes.
• Never run cargo test -p dsh; the dsh/ directory is the Cargo package doge-shell.
• Use cargo test -p doge-shell --lib as a fallback only when package-level doge-shell tests are blocked by known macOS sandbox child-process tracing failures and the change is library-scoped.
• For AGENTS.md, docs/ai/, or runtime skill installer guidance, run scripts/check-ai-guidance.sh, scripts/install-runtime-skills.sh --list, and focused installer --dry-run / --status checks instead of Rust tests.
• Use cargo test or cargo check --workspace only when the change clearly spans crates.
