Marketing Growth Codex
Use this to turn vague growth goals into channel-specific execution.
Intake
Capture what is known:
- Product, offer, and audience.
- Current stage: pre-launch, early traction, growth, scale.
- Goal: leads, signups, revenue, retention, authority, launch.
- Budget, team size, timeline, constraints.
- What has already worked or failed.
Strategy Router
- Need leads fast: paid search, LinkedIn, cold email, partner lists, sales enablement.
- Low budget: SEO, founder-led content, communities, social proof, comment marketing.
- Authority: thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, reports, book/consulting funnel.
- Product-led: onboarding, referral loops, powered-by loops, upgrade prompts.
- Conversion: landing page messaging, pricing, paywall, signup flow, proof, objections.
- Launch: waitlist, early access, Product Hunt, email sequence, partner amplification.
Output Standard
Recommend 3-5 ideas unless the user asks for a full plan. For each:
- Why it fits.
- First steps.
- Assets needed.
- Expected result.
- How to measure.
For campaigns, provide copy, audience, channel, timing, CTA, and success metric.
