Vibe Guard Setup

Call the plugin:vibe-guard:vibe-guard - vibe_guard_setup MCP tool to present the user with setup options via an interactive form.

After setup completes, confirm the chosen settings to the user and inform them:

Their work/break durations and pomodoro cycle
That breaks are enforced by blocking prompts when time is up (not just notifications)
This setup runs automatically at session start if not yet configured
They can reconfigure anytime with /vibe-guard:config
They can view usage stats with /vibe-guard:stats
If they have ClickUp or Linear connected, they can enable ticket tracking in /vibe-guard:config
