Use when asked to write, edit, fix, or review an Aqueduct Blueprint, wire modules/edges, add Channels/Asserts/Probes, configure stores/targets, or set up the self-healing LLM agent. The authoring loop is: write YAML → `aqueduct validate` / `aqueduct lint` → fix → repeat. No server needed; validation is a local CLI call.
