本技能主要实现文件的多语言翻译：扫描给到的文件中的中文，生成对应的多语言 key，替换文件中需要翻译的地方，并将多语言写入到语言包中。

md5(当前文件相对路径) 前 8 位 + '.' + md5(翻译内容) 前 6 位8位hex.6位hext(...) 或 $t(...).f2e-ai/requirements/<id>/i18n-notes.md。
