Notes

• Requires desktop WeChat process name Weixin running and logged in.
• Uses WECHAT_FOREGROUND_RETRY_SENT flow: foreground -> Ctrl+F -> select contact -> paste -> Enter.
• If user asks to resend, run the same command again.
