Prime Context

Read these three files in full, in order, then give a brief (2-3 sentence) confirmation of what the project is and how it's shaped:

1. @README.md — what afk is and how it's used.
2. @CONTEXT.md — the glossary of canonical domain terms (Run, Backend, Golden Image, …).
3. @docs/architecture.md — the layered shape, the Backend abstraction, and the request flow.

Use the Read tool on each. Do not summarise at length — just load them and confirm you're primed.
