Prefer it for worktree tasks involving SQLite/PostgreSQL, generated indexes, Docker volumes, mutable file stores, or external resource namespaces; the internal data-plane-worktrees skill isolates that non-Git state. Loads the canonical internal workflow from skills/build-loop/SKILL.md.
