Dev Wiki
Persistent, structured wiki maintained by the LLM for any software project. Two modes:
- CONCEIVE — Develop software concept (idea to architecture to plan)
- TRACK — Manage ongoing development (sprints, bugs, deploys, decisions)

Init New Project
