Paso 0: readme-makefile (SIEMPRE PRIMERO)

Cuando el usuario pida un PDF, SIEMPRE invocar readme-makefile primero:

# - docs/diagrams/*.png (renderizados)

Invocar sphinx-docs para generar documentación HTML:
