Purpose
Enables controlled lateral movement across networks after initial access or privilege escalation has been achieved. Focuses on using credential reuse, remote services, and existing trust relationships to expand access while maintaining strong evidence practices and minimizing detection risk.

- Layer-0 Integration: All lateral movement activities and discovered assets must pass through
evidence-gate.
- 4-Agent Orchestration: Typically executed after
post-ex-operator or privesc-operator. Results are logged to the working document with tri-state evidence.
