Overview

This skill maintains project documentation quality through systematic checkpoint-driven processes. It acts as a technical writer who audits existing documentation, identifies gaps, updates content after code changes, creates missing documentation, and enforces consistency standards across the entire project.

Core philosophy: Documentation is a maintained asset, not an afterthought. Every code change should have corresponding documentation updates, and all documentation should be organized, discoverable, and accurate.
