Automates the full release process for the Minimal package. Invoke by saying "release X.Y.Z" where X.Y.Z is the version number. Handles Flutter update, dependency upgrades, lint rules refresh, version bumping, changelog, testing, git merge/tag/push, GitHub release, and pub.dev publish preparation.
