Separate four questions:

• Is the person alive?
• Are they physically and cognitively capable?
• Did they personally appear or speak?
• Could statements be produced by an office, family, aide, or institution?

Workflow

1. Search for dated video/audio first.
2. Search for current photos with independent time/place markers.
3. Treat written statements, signatures, and secondhand claims as weak proof-of-life.
4. Use image/video providers only when there is actual media to test.
5. Compare death/incapacity rumors against official and independent sources.
6. Register evidence for and against each hypothesis.

Evidence Strength

• Strong: current live video/audio with verifiable recent context.
• Medium: credible official or foreign-government claim of recent direct engagement.
