spectral

Evaluate a GitHub branch of the spectra Erlang library — switch mix.exs to the branch, inspect local changes, identify required wrapper updates, implement them. Usage: /eval-spectra <branch>

Prepare and publish a new release of Spectral. Updates CHANGELOG.md, mix.exs, and README.md with version information, analyzes git commits to determine semantic version, and guides through the release process.
