progress-autopilot — Bounded Iteration Loop for progress-guidance
progress-guidance skill의 iteration protocol을 사용자 개입 최소화 모드로 N cycle 돌린다. 핵심 안전장치 (critic 두-게이트, auditor 두-게이트, vision-loosening 차단, intent-execution 라벨)는 그대로 살아 있고, autopilot은 그 위에서 반복과 surface 시점만 자동화한다.

What this skill does NOT automate (by design)
다음은 사용자 판단이 본질이라 autopilot이 절대 대신하지 않는다. 해당 상황 감지 시 halt + surface.

이 목록은 hard halt taxonomy다. cycle-runner는 위 상황 중 하나를 만나면 HALT{reason} 으로 종료하고, autopilot top-level은 사용자에게 surface 후 루프를 break한다.
Pre-conditions (top-level이 cycle 시작 전 체크)

위 7개 중 하나라도 NO → autopilot은 cycle 0 진입 전 halt하고, 사용자에게 정확히 어떤 수동 명령 (대개 /progress-guidance bootstrap) 이 필요한지 안내한다.

AskUserQuestion 으로 받는다. 30초 응답 없어도 기본은 "계속"이 아니라 stays open — autopilot은 사용자 명시 응답을 기다린다 (자동 진행은 vision drift 위험).

Anti-patterns (autopilot이 빠지기 쉬운 함정)
- K-retry로 substantive evidence 위조 — critic이 "이 측정 어디 있나?" 라고 물을 때, fix를 "측정값 placeholder 채우기"로 처리하면 안 됨. K-retry는 형식·누락 결함에만 쓰고, 측정이 실제로 없으면 HALT.
- §0.3 조용히 다시 쓰기 — autopilot이 §0.3 next-action을 자기 수행 결과로 갱신하는 건 정상. 하지만 §0.3가 stale인데 autopilot이 추측해서 새 entry 생성하는 건 안 됨 —
scope-unmappable HALT.
- Vision-stagnation 무시 — ≥3 cycle no-change면 자동 경보지만 cycle은 통과. ≥5 cycle 누적되면 autopilot이 다음 cycle 시작 거부 (
correction-phase-needed HALT).
- DRIFT label로 close 시도 — cycle-runner가 §.6.6 = DRIFT인 채로 SUCCESS 반환하면 안 됨. DRIFT는 PIVOT으로 끌어올리거나 작업 재개 필수 — 못하면 HALT.
- Hidden PIVOT — §.6.6 = MATCH인데 데이터 소스/sample size/§북극성 행이 §.1 과 다른 채로 SUCCESS 반환. auditor Pass 5가 잡지만, cycle-runner 자체가 self-check에서 한 번 더 거른다.
- Cycle 사이 자동 진행 — AskUserQuestion 응답 없이 다음 cycle 자동 시작 금지. 사용자가 cycle 결과를 볼 기회가 사라지면 autopilot이 cheerleading-loop으로 변질.
- Bootstrap을 autopilot이 시작 — pre-flight check 7번 (00-bootstrap.critic.md 존재) 이 이를 차단. 우회하지 말 것.
Composition with progress-guidance
이 plugin은 progress-guidance plugin의 상위 사용자다. 새 critic/auditor를 만들지 않고 그대로 호출:

progress-guidance plugin이 설치되어 있지 않으면 autopilot은 작동하지 않는다 (pre-flight check에서 agent 호출 실패로 잡힘).
