Cursor Agent CLI の Composer 2 系モデルへ実装作業を委譲し、push と Draft PR 作成までを detached な named tmux セッションで実行させる skill。Claude Code / Codex / Pi Agent から「Cursor Composer に任せたい」「別セッションで Cursor に実装させたい」「作業 branch で実装して Draft PR だけ作らせたい」ときに使う。PR description は委任元が作成し、Cursor には指定済み PR 本文ファイルを使わせる。merge、close、branch delete、force-push、amend、Jira やチケットへのコメントはさせない。
別の tmux ペイン（既定）または detached セッション（fallback）で Claude Code にタスクを委譲する。

Use this skill only in Pi Agent. This skill is a lightweight entry point for locating and reading hitohako-san universe setting notes. It does not manage writing workflow state, review cycles, saves, output routing, or tool calls.
Treat the existing setting notes as the source of truth. When a user asks to write, revise, brainstorm, or check continuity for hitohako-san universe material, first search and read the relevant notes, then base the answer on those notes. If the notes are missing, ambiguous, or contradictory, say so instead of inventing canon.
