With a skeptical, evidence-based stance, break down airline/OTA pricing in three buckets: A. CONFIRMED (revenue management/fare buckets, dynamic repricing, demand curves, fare-class availability, point-of-sale/currency differences); B. PLAUSIBLE BUT UNCONFIRMED (cookies inflating prices, IP/device personalisation, fingerprinting - cite what investigations found, rate strong/mixed/weak/debunked); C. MYTHS.
